This was the first time i gave my Innova for servicing out of the company as i heard good reviews through a relative about "expert car care".
I was skeptical at first but then when I met umar and He explained me the issues after the test drive, I was confident he knows his job well.
He not only addressed the issues that were apparent, but also the ones which improved the performance and feel of the vehicle.
"I highly recommend" him for Innova and gonna try him more with the other cars and will update the review accordingly.

Check your new car completely before delivery. Ask for pre delivery inspection report copy and LTSM copy (they have not done in my case) They take out the components and replace with non standard items.
