Good job done.
Why 3 stars - Owner and his kid needs to be soft spoken and attitude free and not try to fly high in the sky. They also have a tendency to loot you, by offering some addon services and package n all, so beware. Go there with strict words and straight forward statements. If you ask them any question, they will pose like being too ideal in their answers which in return will empty your pocket !

Nice support, all staff are very gentle and helpful, specially owner is nice and kind hearted to pets and their health. They have also contact with vet, who is also very supportive. Must go with this shop. My personal experience with Pet shop in Saidur and Kadam Kuan, is very untrusted, full of professionalism and greedy about own business not supportive to pets.
