Believe me, the best thing about them is their 24×7 service. I couldn't believe that. They were right at the other side picking up my call at late night in 4 to 5 ring and their men was in front on my gate in hardly 30 minutes. So quick.
Their service was a boon at a night when the electric power went off for a day. Lorry won't reach my home, but they have that diesel pump stuffs fixed to their lorry. Pumped water from main road to my tank using a long pipe. Didn't charged any extra rental amount for the Pump. I dont mind giving them an extra penny for this kind of service. Happy and feeling secured to have them to serve Palakkad. Highly recommended.
