Quality has gone down drastically. Ordered darjeeling tea. Was given tea without flavour and colour of tea. Was told by shopkeeper this is how darjeeling tea is. I was shocked have been having tea at the same store for last 10 years.
Hope the owner reads this and saves the store quality or else it will loose its charm.

A friend of mine recommended chai peeni hai for good quality tea with a lot of variety.
I ordered tulsi and Himalayan green tea with lemon grass and sweet moringa tea.
Fell in love with the wooden box and packaging.

The quality has gone down considerably. Subzi & bedmi poori used to be a hot favorite. But now poori does not have bedmi masala and sabzi does not have hing (asafoetida) that used to give it the distinct flavor. Chai Thela in the compound continues to maintain its standard quality, which is why the 3 stars, otherwise I would have given 2 after the disappointing experience my guests had.
