It's the best gym in Nashik. And all the trainers are so helpful that if you do a wrong exercise, they will guide you at that point. Gravity gym has imported and well equipped machines. Ambience is marvellous.

best yoga class in Nasik. Our instructor gitu mam is a trained yoga instructor herself from elite institutions in Bangalore of traditional Iyengar yoga. What sets her apart from other workout classes is that she is very technical. And she puts in personal attention to any problems or pains the students face. Good part ---One of the best place I have visited till now ,you will find happy people all around ashram from students to teachers to management .Exellent quality food ,very green surroundings ,very humble management and very easy to reach if you have complaints .No forced religious activities (you can attend if you want to ).all most all lectures consists of yoga ,anotomy,meditation etc and are exellent and makes lots of sense in real life after the course is over as well .
Negative----Aasana practice was very very less and I would have been happy if they had regular 2 hours asana lessons in mornings and evenings as mentioned in website ,The accommodation needs some more maintenance .
