Very good customer service, staff is very courteous and friendly.
Went for specs repair, they repaired it in minutes and didn't even charge since it was a minor repair.

First impression was good......visited first time for purchase lenses n spect. They have facility for eye check up ( modern machines they having) and they having varieties of range of lenses n spect. Operating staffs are very nice and Co operative. They offer buy one get one free offer ......which I feel value for money......

Frames are ok , but the service provided thereafter isn't good. All my frames had balancing issue after the lenses were changed and this issue wasn't resolved .
