I went there for my spectacles. I got an warm reception from Mr Sahil. He explained me about different types of lens coating in detail. Gave me ample option to select coating type. Additionally we went for eye test too to cross check my doctors result. The doctor was also nice and took her time to verify the result.
Although the lens coating is bit costly but after all Titan has a brand and you can trust it.
Overall great experience.
