Very bad experience, for the second time now. Even after the scheduled time of consultancy, They say reports are coming in 5 minutes and make you wait for several hours without even checking why the reports haven't come. If you try asking nicely they ask you to come some other day. Only when I said let me bring the report myself, they called to check and it was ready. Then they made us wait another hour waiting for consultancy even after hours of the scheduled time.

Everything is fine but the only problem is the unprofessionalism. I was on wait lying in the scan room for 15 mins while doctor was busy on Phone with some personal reason (non medical related) . Happened twice with me.
