I booked kia sonet on dec 5 2020 they said your car come 2 months but they lied and when my car come showroom it dilivered to the orther because we late one day this kia showroom is disgusting pls don,t go to that show room because do cheat to costmer

Tata cars are best in every segment. But I will be reviewing only customer experience. Sales executives are least interested to handle customers. No one bothered to ask or answer any query. No assistance provided. While on the other hand Maruti and Hyundai sales executives address and greet you properly and provide full support and assistance. To be very honest very poor sales assistance of Tata motors showroom.

Horrible staff. Absolutely no respect to the customers & talk behind their back. Not well behaved & create unpleasant atmosphere in absence of authority. They have sold so many cars over the years that they just don't give a damn. Servicemen not knowledgeable. Service station makes you wait for a long time & does not tend to the customer & ask specifically what needs to be done. They should learn from Jaika Motors.
