Very rude store manager who hangs up the phone when you are speaking. Doesn’t care about customers and doesn’t deliver anything on time. Whole place stinks, badly kept and not hygienic.

This outlet lacks variety. Cakes are good but same limited options. Cheese cake are again missing. Puffz either gets sold out or they don't keep sufficient stock.

This is new product in field of bakery. We tried many cakes over here like Swiss truffle, double fun, choco velvet, white forest etc. All were tasty, spongy and chocolaty. All the cakes are pure veg. Service was good. There was also one different item like carrot pie which was new creation with gajar ka halwa. Must visit once.

I went in for thefirst time and I ordered a red velvet with cream cheese and a vanilla cupcakes with strawberry Oreo mousse. These are the best cupcakes I have had in my life, the mousse is very well made and I will definitely recommend it to people looking for cakes and cupcakes.
