They are charging extra 1K for product of cost 3K . when I asked them about the details of 1K then they said 18% taxes and Rs 500 for shipping charges ( mind you , I am in Kochi and their warehouse is in Mumbai ) . When I asked them about the details of shipping charges , then they told that insurance charge is also included in shipping charge if in case something happens to product while delivery !!
Come on Man !! Product safety while delivery is company's responsibility not customer's .

I did the order from Amazon, it came in two days and the packaging was very amazing, it was felt like im.opening a gift box. I ordered the cookies and they were too yummy nd the best part is they can used if you are on diet, i have been searching for something like this from a while cause when u r on diet you cant eat junk food but this is not junk.

Worst staffs they does not know how to speak customers and most of the time they said I will call you later, we are busy right now but later never cum. Again we have to call them.
I order for moisturizer 5lt gallon (beautiful company) he said m working here since last 15 years I never seen this company's products. He speak very rudely. I told him sir I will send pic of gallon then I send pic to him then he said this company is band here. So 1st think what you have to tell your customers.

Good collection but pathetic customer service. Owner is good but they seem to have chosen the worst sales guys available in the area. If they don't keep it they act like the product doesn't exist. Rather buy stuff online than going here and buying.
