They are charging extra 1K for product of cost 3K . when I asked them about the details of 1K then they said 18% taxes and Rs 500 for shipping charges ( mind you , I am in Kochi and their warehouse is in Mumbai ) . When I asked them about the details of shipping charges , then they told that insurance charge is also included in shipping charge if in case something happens to product while delivery !!
Come on Man !! Product safety while delivery is company's responsibility not customer's .

I got a K & N air filter in 2009 for a 220 pulsar and then a new air filter for a Cbr250R in 2012 and he still kept my details in his database today in 2021.
So he's organised and effecient at his job.
