The hotel was taken as the Usual hotel was booked, and it's near to airport. Problem started right from check in, the guy at the reception was so irritating and made me wait even beyond the check in time. Rooms were very small and wrt amount we pay its pathetic.
Break fast was not properly served and its served in a space outside the hotel something like a cow shed eventhough it had a good restaurant was there.
The treatment to guest was pathetic and u should opt for it only if the streets of Mumbai are completely occupied.
NB: I have seen other customers reacting bad both during my check in and check out time

The place is so peaceful. Really appreciate the taste of food over this place. Ambiance is great. Costly as compared to normal hotels. Worth spending money here.

the staff is not only rude but food service is slow specially if you keep party or organize any event at vaishali. they later on cheat saying its per head not per plate. they look for anything you have ignored to charge you extra and cheat you. starters service for parties are too slow. waiters keep saying they serving slow as they don’t want food to go cold. bad service worse staff. avoid disappointment.
