One of the worst place. They are just running scam.
No matter what precription you have have, they will always recommend a new one. I went for my regular 6 month check-up and they tried fooling me with new prescription, which didn't make sense.
The one who performs the eye check-up doesn't even know what he is doing. He is just reading the manual and scripts given to him.
If you care for your eyes, do not visit this place.

I have been purchasing my contact lenses from Starlite optics for the past several years. However this purchase has been less than satisfactory. Agreed I am not an optometrist and do not have sufficient knowledge or experience in the field, however that does not give Ms Sangeetha Bhasin (owner) and her staff the right to patronize or belittle the customer.
This will definitely be my last transaction with this place. There is no dearth of optik options in and around Hiranandani Gardens.

They promised delivery in a week by Friday. I did not receive it. And there was no communication from their side regarding this. The contact number is not working. I wrote mails and no response. I had to visit the store again in Saturday to enquire about this. He said it would be delivered by Monday. No communication on that day too. I called and then they tell me it is not possible because the store is closed.
This is the heights of unprofessionalism. If you are not able to deliver, do not promise. I feel like my money has gone to waste. It was my biggest mistake trusting this company.
