In this pandemic situation, doctor bhatt and their team Dr.rajesh patil has attended my dad without making any delay. The whole staff from cleaning, pantry, nurses and asst. doctor to Dean has given a on time treatment without any delay n further questioning and they were very with polite with whatever clarifications we asked pertaining to health.

I delivered my baby girl here under Dr. Madhuri Mehendale The quality of service provided by the hospital is excellent. The best part was the warmth with which the staff handled the patients. Five stars to the nurses who handle the maternity section. They were a great support throughout.

I my self admitted in Masina Hospitals on 3rd july 2022. Dr.Hamdully and team done my by heart bypass surgery on 6th july 2022 . Surgery successfully and I discharged on 13th july 2022. After nearly one month I filled betters day bye day.
Masina Hospital not look like Hospital it look like I came to stay in Garden . Team Dr. And other staf also cooperative.

Excellently managed Pvt vaccination centre . As senior citizens (65+ and 60+) we had our 1st dose of vaccination on 4th April. Wewish to have our 2nd dose of jab on 26th May or any convenient date. We are unable to get appointment online. Hope the situation normalises by that time and the hospital informs us suitably. Mobile no 9930604180.

Good dr. But unlike a good hospital, this is a private one and my fear is the accounting team is not that good. They charged me Rs. 500 for photocopies apparently and courier. For patients who come in cashless, i am a little disappointed. The insurance company had specifically written what not to deduct from the patient and after a month, the accounts team has not yet shared the invoice on wrong deductions.
