Had called to ask them for directions but the receptionist was extremely rude. We didn't get the directions correctly for the first time and hence I asked her to repeat it. She gave very curt responses and in the bankground I could hear another woman say "ek baar bola na, Kitni bar puchenge ". Had a bad experience over the phone. Hopefully pathologists / doctors have courtesy there.

Worst service ever, first of all there is no parking facility for paitents vehicle, second even after informing on call the receptionist didn't made entry in her register, third my appointment got cancelled twice as doctor wasn't able to come. And they say we do inform people on call that doctor isn't going to come today, why the hell they are giving confirmations then.

Worst experience! Booked an appointment for MRI scan at 12pm. We reached on time and made payment in advance.
But they made us wait for 3 hours before they let us in. We even told them we could come later at 5, but they refused.
