Sheer disappointment. Mom-in-law were hospitalized for blood transfusion. No canteen, No scheduled meal for patient; was only offered when repeatedly asked for. No humility towards senior citizens and were taken for a ride. Above all, Blood Report not handed over during discharge. Pharmacy only accepts cash. Staff was ignorant towards basic queries. Would never recommend.

I can assertively say that dr.anuj singh is the best orthopaedic and Knee replacement surgeon in goregaon and Mumbai. I thank him tons for getting both my parents on their feet on two different occasions with their Hip and knee replacement. He is our family friend more than anything else.

This place doesnt deserve even a quarter of a star .The doctors here are absolutely casual.I lost my mother in law because Dr Kaushik failed to diagnose her illness for almost 6 hours and realised tht she needs to be sent for ct scan only when a visiting doctor advised him to do so.They look or sound very sweet and humane by face value and can easily cheat the middle class peole of the locality.Only because ww had our patient with them and we disnt want them to ill treat her we hd to bear with them...but believe me within no time they can wash off their hands nd transfer you to another hospital and the blame gets transfered to another doctor.It is a worst place for anybody to visit..

Today i went to clinic, It was excellent experience with doctor and staff. doctor showed me the eye problem by Visually means you can also see the problem. Very Cleanliness , neet and tidy. This hospital is very very poor hygiene horrible they take human waste and food in the same lift in which they take the certificate health patients who any ways have a low immunity and can catch some more diseases in the same lift so they can make some more money out of you.There is something which I can never wish any hospital to do was remove human waste and washing it on the Main gate.In ICU here is so loud that the nurses and Dr have a laugh and giggle in there what is it an ICU or a restaurant to chit chat very bad please don’t get any of your family or friends to this hotel it’s a black hole.
