I am doing PRP at your clinic, just want to share my feedback and experience with your clinic in Bandra, Mumbai.
The numbing cream is of no use and gives zero numbness, if Anesthesia is to be avoided in the procedure atleast you guys should use a good numbing cream which actually numbs the scalp, but the pain remains the same, how come the clinic ensures it to be a painless procedure.
It's a sincere request to provide an effective numbing cream.

Very poor response at the beginning itself with lot of rigidity. I called 15 days back with request for Attendant. They promised to call back but nobody did. Today I called again, same beareaucratic response and insistence on pre assessment with charge of 200 rupees. I explained my mom is not in Mumbai and I need an attendant right from the minute she lands at the airport. They refused. So sorry they do not understand peculiar situations.

Very professional team of orthopedic spine surgeons. Best spine surgeons in India along with super physiotherapy facilities. I always refer my patients and relative to CESS for anything like backpain, neck pain, slipped disc or any spine related problems.
