Overall experience is pathetic.
No proper instructions provided by the staff.
One lady handling the both blood test as well as paperwork (amrutnagar ghatkopar west). Which makes place crowded due to delay. The printer is not working well so most of the time the lady has to struggle with it.
Tried to speak with customer service of metropolis, but it was total waste of time and energy, as the line was not clear atall, lots of static on the connection, tried to call 3 times. But couldn't understand a word, it was that bad experience.

Good Doctor
I visited there with by brother who was having fungal infection in ear and no doubt Dr. Poojary treated him very well.
Happy to see that all the precautions regarding Covid-19 has been taken care of they are doing thermal screening of each patients and providing sanitizer.
Also to maintain social distancing only three patients are allowed inside the hospital at a time.
If you are looking for good ENT specialist I would definitely recommend this Hospital.

???Worst Imaging center you will ever find will give negative 5 star. Mis-management on it's peak. Had an horrible experience as been misleaded for timing n Scan. Team is not co-operative and find no co-ordination between staff and imagning doctor's.?

It's a complete diagnostic centre. It is located under Vikhroli court. Mostly all tests are done here but Covid 19 test is not done here it's done at the main center of metropolis, in lockdown times metropolis provides good and timely service. Staff is good and service is quick you can get your report on the same day on whatsapp or email and also collect the hard copy on next day at the centre but it's not applicable for all test some test take time then they inform you about the report.

Good dr. But unlike a good hospital, this is a private one and my fear is the accounting team is not that good. They charged me Rs. 500 for photocopies apparently and courier. For patients who come in cashless, i am a little disappointed. The insurance company had specifically written what not to deduct from the patient and after a month, the accounts team has not yet shared the invoice on wrong deductions.
