Did MRI scan of brain for my 3 months old babies. All MRI center's were suggesting to give anaesthesia to my babies as they might cry or move inside MRI machine. But Al Noor Medical Trust counselor suggested to try without anaesthesia first. As per him I brought my babies at the time when they are fast a sleep. My 1st baby MRI scan was done in first attempt only. But for 2nd baby we had 3 attempts. And finally in 3rd attempt the scan got completed. The staffs were very patients and understood the situation. Since anaesthesia was not used so the charges was very less as compare to other diagnostic center.

Had called to ask them for directions but the receptionist was extremely rude. We didn't get the directions correctly for the first time and hence I asked her to repeat it. She gave very curt responses and in the bankground I could hear another woman say "ek baar bola na, Kitni bar puchenge ". Had a bad experience over the phone. Hopefully pathologists / doctors have courtesy there.

Horrible experience !!!
These guts are only after money and don't believe in maintaining any client relationship !!!
Even after a 7 - 8 year relationship a report was not hands over to me because payment was pending. That too because , in today's age and time they don't accept credit cards !!
Some reports were yet pendinf, so u said I will pay when u give the balance reports since I don't have that much cash with me (Rs 5000/- +) or the cheque.
They refused to even let me see the report and when asked to meet the doctor , she refused to see me and hand over the report.
Ridiculous !!!!!!

Staff looks over loaded with work according to their attitude, I found only one polite lady there. They all were in so much hurry. I now doubt about their quality of reports. I had mri contras and I was given iv injection by a technician. Another technician or non medical staff removed it and it was painful. I would not prefer to go there next time.
