Inept people. I paid ₹.250 for a new prepaid sim and unlimited plan worth ₹199 but plan is still not active even after confirming with the idiots twice. I had said that just give me the card and i will recharge online by myself to which the thug said that initially I will have to pay 250 for sim and 199 unlimited plan and that I cannot do it by myself. So very disappointed with airtel like every other time.

They require cash for a new sim if old sim is corrupt which is Rs. 50, whole India is going digital from Pan wala to 5 star hotels, and these people require cash... rude staff who does not tends to help you.

Like mai gya tha postpaid to prepaid krwane unhone bola avi 120 days ni huwa h ni migrate hoga or jab ki sim six month old tha dusre gallery mai gya girgaum mai waha pai 5 min mai ho gya ...thats why save ur time by not going to this gallery.
