Extremely bad service, made to wait for 2 hour for delivery and then n calling spoke rudely and with attitude, cheap women ,used cheap humiliating language, extremely impolite and hanged the phone on complaining about delivery which was just two building away from the shop.

We stayed a kohinoor Elite from the 24th to 26th 2020 .Hotel was really nice and room was clean. The food was included all 3 meals in price. The food was great for price of. The hotel.
The staff was wonderful.. The staff helped us lot find a taxi at 3am on the 26th to go to the airport.
I would highly recommended this hotel . who has US consulate work.

Rooms are wonderful! And if you can get a balcony in Mumbai, with full wall windows/slider doors, you are in heaven. Rooms are neat, bathrooms are good. Staff is very amicable and room service is quite fast. The only issue is location but since it's Mumbai, you get used to entrances to good places being from small lanes so that's not a big deal. Maybe this can be mentioned in the description or somewhere so people can find it easily. In any case, would definitely like to stay here when I come next.

I stayed in this hotel for two days with my family from 4 March to 6 March 2019.This hotel is at a very good location.There are lot of excellent food joints near the hotel.The rooms are very neat and clean and the room service is very good.I would like to thank thank Sh Bipin ji the Manager of the hotel for his excellent hospitality and his coop behaviour.Would stay here only if I come to Mumbai again.A great place to stay.

Service is not that good,smelly toilet,small rooms. There are only 8 rooms available here to stay for guests.
ventilation is improper in rooms,they cost u extra for water bottles but the water quality they used to give free of cost was bad.
Kindly check the rooms before booking.

I'm visiting this hotel since 2014.
You can have the best Piyush (cold drink) here with Misal Pav or sandwich is also good option.

the staff is not only rude but food service is slow specially if you keep party or organize any event at vaishali. they later on cheat saying its per head not per plate. they look for anything you have ignored to charge you extra and cheat you. starters service for parties are too slow. waiters keep saying they serving slow as they don’t want food to go cold. bad service worse staff. avoid disappointment.
