It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, linens extremely neat and clean. Staff is very courteous and welcomes you with a big smile. Guides you pretty well if you are new to the city. The lady at reception is fantabulous, and an amazing host to be at the hotel. Room service was excellent. I strongly recommend this hotel for business travellers. Breakfast was amazing.

Extremely bad service, made to wait for 2 hour for delivery and then n calling spoke rudely and with attitude, cheap women ,used cheap humiliating language, extremely impolite and hanged the phone on complaining about delivery which was just two building away from the shop.

We stayed a kohinoor Elite from the 24th to 26th 2020 .Hotel was really nice and room was clean. The food was included all 3 meals in price. The food was great for price of. The hotel.
The staff was wonderful.. The staff helped us lot find a taxi at 3am on the 26th to go to the airport.
I would highly recommended this hotel . who has US consulate work.

Very Bad Experience, Not Use of AC.
AC was not proper( it's only for show) and Food was 3rd Class.
But room was nice.

Rooms are wonderful! And if you can get a balcony in Mumbai, with full wall windows/slider doors, you are in heaven. Rooms are neat, bathrooms are good. Staff is very amicable and room service is quite fast. The only issue is location but since it's Mumbai, you get used to entrances to good places being from small lanes so that's not a big deal. Maybe this can be mentioned in the description or somewhere so people can find it easily. In any case, would definitely like to stay here when I come next.

Location is huge drawback for this hotel. It was not at all easy to find this hotel in busy and full of rush small lane. But the interiors and service was good

Worst hotel stay, staffs are ok. But the room conditions are terrible. Rooms are very small, clumsy,Smelly and not cleaned properly. Not at all a 1000 rupees room, for non Ac. Will never gonna stay over there. We checked in at 7-30 pm, that time also room was not cleaned, we have to wait for 20 mins for that. Overall horrible experience. It should costs 500 for non Ac rather than 1000. Lastly there is no drinking water facility in the hotel. Never ever go there.
