We went to Bali which was booked by Holidaysmith. The same was booked at a very high price and not even the common places were covered. Most of the days were left for us to explore on our own and we had to shell out a lot of additional money in doing so. Also, there were no special arrangements made in spite of request. After talking to few of our co-travellers, we came to know they had many more inclusions in their packages at similar price from other travel agents.
All in all, bad experience and felt cheated. Aditi, Mayuri, Ritu, please give the proper itenary so that people can have a good experience.

Very bad experience with the sales team even after paying upfront complete payment after negotiation and agreement . They kept on calling for yearly maintenance which was fed wrong or by purpose by the sales manager KUSH KUMAR .This for Mumbai country vacations office in kurla which was functioning now shifted.I will never subscribe back. Thank God I just took 5 year package. My membership no.CVKR37V5LBI67948. Also they fed wrong holidays details taken which were never confirmed. I had to fight for my paid holidays.
