The salon manager Rachita is extremely ill mannered and does not manage the appointments well. In place of taking care of the salon she is busy seeing youtube videos and being on mobile.
the srvices are good but you wouls have horrible experice due to salon managers behaviour. something definetly the owner needs to look into

The new outlet at Sher-e-Punjab seems to be a fabulous place. Services were very exceptional. Technicians did excellent work. Will highly recommend this Salon. Definitely a must visit this place for good service.

First of all really thankful to u guys that the way u have maintained the safety nd hygiene inside the salon also the cleanliness is awesome, it was raining outside but not a single step of the floor was with dirt which itself is self-explanatory. The guys who assisted me especially ?Mr. Puttan & Mr. Shantanu?are really the best, they communicated with me throughout the entire session due to which I didn't fell the hours it had taken. Nd the most important thing is the color nd d haircut style was awesome and I really liked. Keep up the good work guys. I can assure u I will suggest all my friend to come to u. Overall it was an excellent experience all together.

On behalf of the owner, the girl avoid the customer by stating that we don't do threading eyebrows so I went to another parlour. This scene was a few years back. And after a few years, I asked the girls from gorgeous beauty parlour regarding eyebrows then they said we do and said please do come but I avoided Gorgeous parlour .This year I though there may be another girl and I asked again same she said yes we do but straightway denied by stating that I am busy come later.Then I phone the owner Farah Khan but to no avail as that girl had already created a cheap story that previously I have not given money but she not given any treatment I don't know how she is fooling her owner.

The worst decision i made was by entering the place. Had to go to a shop ahead the very moment to get the mistake fixed. Seriously 5 mins is all he took and gave such a pathetic cut (he was done in 5 mins literally not kidding). The street vendor does a way better job and looking at now a days salon standards this place seems to be stuck in 1990s just got a fancy place but lacks all the skills. Sorry to be blunt but its the Truth. Please hire some skilled employees.
