worst place for massage in south mumbai. 2000 Rupees for a 45 minute massage and they asked me for the money before I even started the massage. Very unprofessional and extremely rude to ask a customer for payment before the service is done. My massage therapist was checking the cell phone messages during the massage. Water was leaking from the ceiling. People's cell phone were ringing through out my massage. There were cracks in the shower walls. It was HORRIBLE. When I complained to the manager, they gave me 200 Rs. back as a consolation. At 1800 Rs for a 45 minute massage, I would rather go to a high end spa like Rewa spa at Mahalaxmi. WORST place ever.

It was such a good experience. I was sceptical due to Covid but they took great care of the cleanliness and sanitation. Went in for the cysteine treatment and I love the results. It was Kainaaz and Flanvin who did the treatment and they did it with such dedication and the service was up to the mark. Will surely go back.
