I am doing PRP at your clinic, just want to share my feedback and experience with your clinic in Bandra, Mumbai.
The numbing cream is of no use and gives zero numbness, if Anesthesia is to be avoided in the procedure atleast you guys should use a good numbing cream which actually numbs the scalp, but the pain remains the same, how come the clinic ensures it to be a painless procedure.
It's a sincere request to provide an effective numbing cream.

Thoroughly disappointed by the unprofessional and unethical practices of Heal Rx. This doesn’t seem like a doctor’s clinic, but rather a purely cosmetic freewheeling place.
In particular, Dr Bhakti Ulhas is extremely rude, un-cooperative and does not adhere to the prescribed standards and uses sub-par medical equipment. When we voiced our concerns to her, she vociferously told us to not spread our concerns anywhere and told us to ‘write a positive google review’.
If I were you, I would never set foot in this clinic - to avoid lifelong damage.

Dr Rohini is the best dermatologist in Mumbai I've been to.and I've been to some of the best.
She's the only one who got me results with laser hair removal despite my PCOS. Laser is her area of expertise.
She also listens really well to your concerns and gives you time.
I moved countries unfortunately, but do wish she were in the country I now live in.
