Have had multiple haircuts here and I can unequivocally state that anyone can trust their hair in Paras' hands! The man is an absolute artist and follows a very collaborative process in determining the best style, he listens to what I want and offers his professional take and suggestions if he things something might not work. Most importantly, his execution is perfect!
About Jean-Claude Biguine, they have always been very professional and now on my 1st visit since the start of the pandemic, that professionalism has only increased and is reflected in the safety protocols being followed.

Staff is not at all professional. And some people who they know well are given higher preference, so you'll need to wait for a longer time. Also, the haircut is not worth the wait. So don't waste your time here.

I know Aditi since her Bblunt days...had a lot of trust with her hair styling. She was busy and could not give me an appointment for almost three weeks. Still I was waiting for her. But this time it was really a very bad hair cut... as a standalone salon the charges were huge but still you wont mind paying if it is a good hair cut.
It was one of the most of weird hair cut I ever had.
Sorry Aditi.... but I had to give this review since really it takes a lot of effort and money to go that far for a hair cut...

The staff at billing desk is absolutely unorganized. This is our second time when we walk in for our appointment and we are made to wait for 25-30 mins... second time around we were delayed due to traffic and we were not contacted by the salon to check if we are on for the appointment. This branch used to be very nice and now the management staff is absolutely unorganized. 1star given is for the poor management and communication skills.
