Dr. Rani & both the therapist deepa & priya are very thorough, gentle & very well experienced with years of practice in the field. It has now become a weekly ritual for me & my husband to go in for some or the other treatment. Very soothing & rejuvenating. No false claims. Very much result oriented & genuine wellness center. Strongly recommended to all who want to experience authentic ayurvedic treatments.

Went for hair cut, My very first experience with JCB. It was nice, Hair stylist appointed to me Mr. Sunil was dearly, He addressed the staff washing my hairs very precisely. He made me comfortable. And even suggested me to go for highlights which probably I would try with JCB next time.

Have had multiple haircuts here and I can unequivocally state that anyone can trust their hair in Paras' hands! The man is an absolute artist and follows a very collaborative process in determining the best style, he listens to what I want and offers his professional take and suggestions if he things something might not work. Most importantly, his execution is perfect!
About Jean-Claude Biguine, they have always been very professional and now on my 1st visit since the start of the pandemic, that professionalism has only increased and is reflected in the safety protocols being followed.

Very poor service when it comes to the therapy which is what one visits a spa for. The frills have no meaning. Spacious interiors without any meaning unless you can deliver the service sought.

Amazing spa service in Mumbai city.
I love their massage therapy skills, really expert and good in point pressure massage.
Make me feel Relax and enjoy the massage alot until I fall asleep ?
My husband even snoring while the massage on going.
Clean massage room and air conditioning is available.
Customer service is superb and polite.
If I have chance to revisit Mumbai, I will definitely come back again.

Worst saloon and spa!
Zero communication,they take appointments and the staff isn’t available also they offer an 1hr service and only give you 40 mins massage.
The room they took us for massage the staff has taken shower and had left clothes there itself.
Also there’s supposed to be two masseuse giving massage but only one was available.
Highly highly unprofessional,service not worth even a penny!!!
Waste of time and money!
