Worst service ever.. this was my second experience and again disappointed. Very unprofessional owner, such a rude, arogant lady.. not worthy ppl. Pathetic customer service…when ur about to book an appointment they pick ur calls and respond nicely, and when you give feedback regarding the service, they ignore ur calls, I had booked for 6services, They had send a so-called expert who didnt do my waxing properly, and so she was in hurry.
After sending them images of the pathetic waxing done, they ignored my calls ,and argued. I would simply suggest u people go for Urban Company , They send you the best experts.
