Horrible customer service, malabar clinic in particular. I scheduled an appointment, arrived on time, and was made to wait for an hour and a half before being asked to leave since there was no time slot available and the doctor was unavailable. All of this happened despite the fact that I had made a prior appointment and confirmed it the day before. Operational management is atrocious. This being done to someone who came especially from Pune for a consultation. No consideration at all. People responsible - Dr. Afreen ( concerned doctor ), Disha Chatha ( Senior manager ), Sheetal Shetty ( Junior operations manager ) and Davina D’Souza.

Overpriced with a tiny little pedicure room that can suffocate you. I wouldn’t pay rs 800 for a pedicure in that space. When I asked for the cheaper express manicure I was told after being seated it isn’t available. So I left. I can’t comment on the treatment. Go to Dessange next door any day because you will pay as much and get the right experience, with staff that smile and serve and nice open spaces to sit.
