Extremely poor service. I have purchased altroz petrol which has been jerkiing in 2nd and 3rd gear. Despite taking the car to the service station 4 times in 5 weeks problem not solved. Dealer inspite of seeing the problem is not supporting and telling Tata motors that customer has been given a substandard product. Please avoid this dealer and Tata motors products until they start listening to customers.

It is the worstomest cars. They lure you by calling using telecallers who sounds sweet and honey...later shows the actual face post start discussing the deal. Very hostile in nature and very adamant to customers

Not a good experience..
The car we got went on excessive heating on the highway because of clutch plate .
They have not even given the extra key of the car to us till date and asked us to make it on our own.\
It has been more than 5 months since we purchased the car and have not got all the paperwork . The people say it is pending on RTO and software.
