Ver poor service
They took the courier from me and said me that they will deliver that to the customer and after 4 days when I enquired they said that the product will be arrived at destination and will be delivered tomorrow but after 4 days I received a call saying that this product had been returned by the company as the written address on the product is of village and you need to pay for that also (means they took the courier after seeing the address but now they are saying that it is the addresse of village so it can't be delivered and you need to pay for the return also)

One of the worst courier service. Have sent one courier through them on 05.oct.2019 to sahibabad which should reach the very next day but to my surprise same not delivered till 10.oct.2019, when contacted the dtdc office they were not taking any responsibility for this delay and explaining the holidays unnecessarily. The monetary losses because of this pathetic service is also appreciable. Strongly not recommended DTDC.
