Banking hours are till 4 pm but they allowed me to enter at 4:30, solve my query for my college fees transaction. Next day I went there again and 1 staff out of 3 forget my face. I am surp. as I selected in BITS pilani (premier er. institute in india and ranked 6th in india after IIT) that's why remaining 2 remembered me and talked to me very well.

A lot of problem caused due to network problem which is there most of the time. Overall the bank has a good infrastructure but less human capital involved resulting in long queues and a lot of time wasted. The privilege banking is also not doing of what is best and the counters are empty most of the times.

ICICI bank in jain nagar market. Bank is good but I think location of bank should be on Main road like Baghpat Road or Railway Road.

This branch of ICICI should be of utilities for its customers but it is just opposite in reality. This branch is of key role as it is the biggest branch for shastri nagar, and adjacent area consumers. There is always a huge crowd in front of all counters due to slow working of staff. The payment depositing kiosk outside the branch should work 24x 7 but it works only in bank working hours, nobody knows the reason behind it. Ideally this machine is deployed for consumers convenience for depositing payment irrespective of banking hours and closing days but all useless. I will advice ICICI to pay attention on this subject asap.
