Very good pharmacy. Extremely helpful and friendly pharmacists. If needed, they deliver your medicines right to your doorstep at no extra cost. They are the only other pharmacy in Kodical. They ensure to order medicines if you require. Also, they are digitalized and accept paytm payment's, which, according to me, is a very helpful thing in a place that has only one ATM.

It is just showoff business, staff is totally money minded and just wants to sell your costly medicines if you do not have prescription. Stay away if you are walking into the store with our prescription. They have 10 to 15 staff running a small 2 door shop who are highly inefficient and just don't understand medicines.

Super bad customer service. Gave the wrong medication and then refused to take it back(again, didn't ask for a refund, just asked for something else).
Said the tablets were damaged and when I compared with their new stocks, it looked the exact same, post which they exchanged it.
Why waste time having unnecessary arguments and lying about it being damaged?
Wouldn't recommend.

Difficult to find the store as it is located below the ground level. Unable to see the store from the road. Apart from that it is good. They have all types of medicines, nutrition supplements, protein supplements and other medical products too.

Friendly staff. Can find all u can need. Divided in two sections... D one u can chose like eatables shampoo etc.... n the one where prescribed medicines are given. You can get all d assistance u need. Watchman to help u park as well. Dog food,baby stuff and even wheelchairs for sale.
