Very bad experience... Last May 6th was my marriage in Kolara. So we booked 2 bus. And we inform in the booking time only that bus needs to go inside Kolara. That time they said OK but while going driver refused. We had a big fight with that driver. When we told we are ready to give police complaint then they agreed. for money also they fought with us though we have paid advance. In mid night they asked us to settle down the money.

Okinowa is a bad company scamming people with bad scooters, I also fell for this scam and got this scooter named ridge. Its batteries don't even last 30 km and are loosing its life just after 6000km. Don't buy okinawa scooters. Its not a good company to buy electric automobiles. The product is not worth the money paid. Never buy their product and waste time and money

I had to go to them as I met with an accident with my KIA on the Nilgiri Hills . They are a GREAT team with clear coordination among all their departments like service , reception, accounts and the Managerial departments and even the House keeping . I am happy I chose KIA.
