Went here to update details on my Aadhar. The employees were super efficient and the process was quick and accurate. I was very impressed by how professional and streamlined everyone was. One of the best post offices in Madurai.

This is an sub-post office of Tallakulam housing board colony. 2 staffs are employed here. All transactions can be done, as we do in main post office. But the drawback here is, whenever we go after the lunch period, for sending register post or speed post like... they will tell us that the internet is in problem.... and will ask us to come tomorrow. Also for registered/speed post we need to go before 12.00 pm. otherwise they won't receive our posts/letters.

Worst service the duty time was 09:30am to 04:00pm but we entered on 3.10pm but she said not able to accept money for SSA to pay .talking unnecessarily.Iam not paid still now.Iam getting out from post office.Good customer satisfaction.Keep going it will give you a worst success.They need to know how to behave the customers.
