Today morning around 10 I called them requesting their help. A 10 feet snake (nalla paambu) has fell into the well that’s in front of my house inside the compound wall... it wasn’t able to climb on its own and might die if not rescued. I explained the situation and I was assured that someone is going to call me back and support will reach me soon.... writing this complaint around 2.30 pm... no one called back and I’m not able to reach them too... hope this complaint reaches someone responsible.
