This is to appraise indigo staff for their tremendous service ethics. I had a flight 6E 2169 from Delhi to Madurai with my wife and new infant. With some misunderstanding we bought excessive luggage but the wisdom of staff flipped it from my worry to happiness. The versatility was shown by the indigo ground staff and on board as well. Spl mention Sulabh, Anni and Shreya biswas who made my journey memorable with my new born on his first boarding.
