I ordered four case bound books, and they all turned out great! so go for it!
This was my first time getting anything printed off the internet so I was really nervous. especially since it wasn't one, but four copies! but they provided me with excellent quality books! I am so so happy! I had emailed them about status enquiries and all the replies were speedy and useful.The books came right on time. Save for some minor defects in the printing inside (nothing major. nothing that affects the book), everything is perfect! I am very satisfied and will order from them again if I need to print another book! thank you!!

worst customer service. if we order low quantity orders they don't respect us. i don't know the name of the designer even he don't want see the customer face. if u new customers for this place please stay away they already have enough number of customers not ready to serve new customers.
