I came to know this unique gym about 4 months back .I joined to see why it is different from other gyms.To my surprise it provides u what u want....you talk about weight loss,weight gain,general strength, stamina much more....the biggest thing is that you enjoy what ever u do in gym and same time achieve your goal.trainers are highly skilled and willnot ask you for PT(personal training) though they will give you personal training.
I strongly recommend .

Gym has an amazing facility, top equipment with very friendly and courteous gym managers.
Clean, Hygienic and plenty of space to workout with social distance. Happy to see that all COVID -19 protocols are strictly followed.
The trainers are experienced, knowledgeable and are eager to help you to achieve your fitness goals.

Went to the gym in the evening. The equipments and the machinery are good but the songs being played were pathetic.Not Karan Aujila, Diljeet, Sidhu Moosewala songs but Punjabi foul mouthed songs which made environment of the gym seem very unpleasant and unprofessional. On being asked if they play any English or Hindi songs, the guy at the front desk replied that they will play these type of Punjabi songs only. We were joining as a couple but the songs being played and the attitude of the guy at the front desk didn't make us feel ok to join the same. Hope they can improve on the same.

Conveniently located.The hours are perfect for me and I assume for everyone else. You will not or ever be disappointed.Trainers have deep knowledge of anatomy and are so friendly and cheerful. Not once have they ever been in a bad mood. Always available to cheer and correct form. It's such a wonderful and excellent atmosphere to be a part of. Gym is perfectly equipped and they have something for everyone and anyone.They have costs that will work with everyone's budget and what they can afford!!!
