Attended a Shagun ceremony on 10-02-2020. Food served was just warm. The food quality was average. The service was not good at all. The person serving the Bread (Chapatis) was asked to serve a hot chapati, on which he says "Sir Isse jada garam nai hai". I even asked him to bring the complaint register on which he just ran out of the situation. Things could have been better if a manager would have guided waiters all the time. Bad experience at least this time.

i am concerned about the quality of dominos pizza degrading over the past few years, not sure if only this branch or others aswell. September 18 i ordered paneer stuffed garlic bread, veg loaded pizza , cheesy pizza . First of all No stuffed paneer in garlic bread. Secondly this was the worst veg loaded pizza i ever ate at this branch . Then cheesy pizza also had tiny amount of cheese

My experience was very bad at Pizza Hut, Kips market, Ludhiana. It seems they are not interested in taking orders directly. Although we went in person but they still guided us to place order by Swiggy Or Zomato. Moreover an employee of the same who refused to disclose his name ( Boy/hieght 5.10"/Clean shaven/ Short hair) talked very rudely although we had just asked for guidance in placing order

The coffee, food and drinks are decent. The ambience is nice for an afternoon or evening outing, but the seating can be crowded. Now the choice of music, is surprisingly bad, sometimes bordering on intolerable. Service level is acceptable, but nothing to write home about. Overall a decent cafe experience, which can largely depend on your levels of expectations.

Food is good. Not much healthy. One less star because of grilled food is always less fresh and taste is not up to mark. KFC or other food chains in India serve us food more expensive than abroad. Less quantity of drinks. Small buns and small size of burgers or other food items. But one more thing that Indian KFC serve us food not as much fresh like fresh in other big countries like Australia and Canada or even China. Here in India management is not good enough as other countries. They should understand that when they charge this much than they have to provide us more fresh and hot food. Quantity may be compromised but Quality of food must be up to world class standards.
