I dealt with this shop only to buy the accessories from my computers. I am running a small scale web development company and need the accessory of computers frequently.
On 06-May-2020, I purchased 1 Charger of 1150 INR from this shop for my HP laptop, and on the same day, i purchased a Headphone with mic connected, 1 keyboard, and 2 mouses.
So, on Monday ( 08-May-2020), I use the Charger, and it was not working, and today (13-May-2020), I use the headphone, and it was also not working.
I will not buy from this shop again, horrible experience this time, i thought that they are proving the duplicate accessory. Don't recommend this shop anymore now.

Took service charge of 1600/- and then returned my phone saying it's not reparable. Diagnosis charge should be applicable for diagnosis and not hefty service charge
