Typical government bureaucratic library. Pathetic infrastructure, 0 maintainance, uncivilized staff, stinking washrooms. Yes books are awesome here. But they will first charge you very less & then on every complaint (about parking, fans, electric cuts, internet not working), they will constantly try to disrespect you by saying that you've paid little amount. Everything is for adjoining college students, not members.
Just get membership if you want to explore some difficult to find books on every topic.
