New equipments , this gym is overall not good but only one of its trainer named sumit dwivedi makes it a very good gym ..
Must join it . But make sure that you take trainning under that trainer ..
He really have a sound knowledge of this field and the best part is his knowledge about suppliliments.

Place is fine, neat and clean. Price is also affordable, almost all machines are there whichever needed. But if u are a beginner then I should tell u that trainer is not going to involve in training u unless u provoke him to do so. Although trainer there was once Mr. Lucknow.

Very professional and state of the art gym. The UPS of this place is it's coaches both male and female. It has all the modern machines needed to be an above than average gym. Really a good place to workout.

I have very bad experience here there is two trainers one is best kind.best one left the gym because of rude behaviour of gym owner and staff .second trainer is worst kind of person .he always taunting me when i do any wrong excercise .he always make me feel low motivated . This gym not good for female .it is good if you know all exercise and do yourself. And there is another problem with their receptionist she always play love and sad song .who the hell is listening these type of songs in gym ...

Equipments are there. However, somebody who isn’t a regular and not acquainted with machines, there could a problem for you as trainers are primarily interested in those who have opted for personal training and are least concerned as to whether you’re working correctly or not. It isn’t as good as it appears to be. Unsatisfactory.
