Horrible experience. Never has any testing agency delivered reports this late. Its been more than 24 hours for a report that was supposed to come in 6.
Customer support keeps transferring calls among themselves because they do not have "complete data". And after that they simply cut it.
Never using their business again. I hope you guys rot in hell.
