Everything was good till the discharge of patient, only receptionist is behaving rudely as l asked for discharge summary, firstly she refused as discharge card is sufficient, then I have told that same is required for reimbursement purpose then she told I should collect it next morning again I insisted but she told that she has lot of work and she is not able to provide even in whole day
