I had a very bad experience on 20/12/2020 exactly 11.05 AM in terms of customer handling and resolving skill against query. Even I got a good response from Trichur eye plus. They only sent to me here calicut to resolve the problem. Simply denied and that forced me to get out from there. They coul give some other option bu not. These pathetic dealing will ruin your dignity. As somebody said, not deserving single * rating.
I have seen your reply as well, don't you suggest that you could change the frame only instead of giving breakage policy. My glass was good, only frame got broke. Giving solution is ultimate for a customer rather than giving policy.

We bought a specs from here and the frame broke twice within a month and now they said they can't replace it. Now I have to spend another 5000 to buy a new specs. Because the lens is cut as per the current frame.
