I contacted Kottayam watch works for repair of broken chain Casio watch. They accepted and told me to come after 5 days. Even after visiting 12 times still the repair is not done. My expenses are now more than the cost of Watch.

Their attitude towards customers is really bad. I don't recommend this shop at all. I made a mistake of going there once. Won't go again!!!
