Not at all happy with the professionalism & overall quality of buying advice provided. Spent ₹15000 thousand for an over the ear equipment. Later it was found to be not small enough for the ear canal. An extra adaptor was provided at addl cost. Still didn't fit, wasting the money. Each time you visit them with this problem, they have the stock answer, "ear canal is small" which they could have told before selling the equipment. Secondly, items they sell are available at least 25-30‰ cheaper online.
